ONCOLOGICAL GYNAECOLOGY

We specialize in oncological gynaecology. Our doctors have extensive experience in working with women suffering from gynaecological cancer and breast cancer. They specialize in the surgical treatment of female genital cancer, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. They have a comprehensive knowledge of the treatment of cervix, uterus, ovary, vulva and vagina cancers. In SOFIMED, we pay special attention to early diagnosis and prevention. We perform an ultrasound examination of reproductive organs and breasts, colposcopic examination, breast biopsies and other biopsies.

We take care of women with newly diagnosed tumours and conduct long-term control check-ups of patients after the treatment. We also run a program for the care of women at high risk of breast cancer, ovarian, endometrial and colon cancers. We provide genetic testing for mutations responsible for the increased risk of cancer in this group of patients.
