Examination set A is a number of basic preventative examinations recommended to healthy women by doctors. In addition to the bimanual pelvic examination and the vaginal speculum examination, we do Pap test to perform cytology and we also perform breasts and reproductive system ultrasonography.
Extensive preventive medical examinations B
During this visit, in addition to the tests described above, we perform cervical colposcopy allowing to detect even small changes that may be precancerous lesions or cancer, and take the specimens of the changes. Additionally, we take the material from the cervix to perform the test for the presence of HPV DNA (human papillomavirus), which is responsible for developing cervical cancer. The test enables us to take special care and to monitor the patient-carriers of HPV infection.

During this visit, in addition to the aforementioned examinations and tests, we perform vaginal and cervical swabs in the direction of aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, fungi, trichomonas vaginalis and Chlamydia trachomatis, as well as antibiogram. The test is recommended especially for young women leading an active sex life, or patients with recurrent leucorrhoea, frequent infections or pelvic pain. Such examinations are also recommended for the patients who are planning their pregnancy.
